By decision of the Council of Ministers on 11 September 2013, François Jacq has been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ifremer. After holding the position of Chairman & CEO of Météo-France since April 2009, François Jacq will head the French research institute for exploitation of the sea. He has been a member of Ifremer's Board of Directors since November 2011. Download the press release here
