We are is seeking a new Executive Director to lead its professional Secretariat in promoting and advancing marine science on behalf of its Member institutions across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative, collaborative leader to oversee EMB's work programme and shape new approaches that strengthen its role as a trusted source of marine science-policy advice to European institutions, national governments, and funding agencies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in marine research, research management, team and resource leadership, and science communication.
