The webinar will focus on the launch of the EMB Future Science Brief ‘Big Data in Marine Science’. This document is the output from the EMB expert working group on Big Data in Marine Science. The webinar will include short talks by authors of the Future Science Brief: Federica Foglini (CNR, Italy), Ketil Malde (IMR, Norway), Matthias Obst (Univ. Gothenburg, Sweden) and Jerry Tjiputra (NORCE, Norway) followed by a question and answer session with working group members.
